The BC Wheelchair Basketball Society (BCWBS) is a non-profit organization formed in 1983 and registered with Revenue Canada as a charity since 1985. BCWBS provides support to wheelchair basketball programs throughout British Columbia.

November 14, 2011 Here is a report on our "Breakfast Club" by BCWBS athlete Amanda Yan. ********** Between 6:30 and 7am, my 5 alarms go off at 6:30, 6:40, 6:45, 6:50 and 7:00. After my final alarm on my cordless phone goes off at 7:10, I finally roll out of bed. After getting washed up, I grab my ultra healthy bran cereal and a banana to start off my most important meal of the day. New And Experienced Had A Blast At The 2nd All-Comers Festival
November 07, 2011 All-Comers Wheelchair Basketball Festival was held last Saturday, November 5th. 18 individuals, from new to experienced, came out to Douglas College and shared a fun time playing our sport. The day began with some chair fittings and introductions. Register Now! - 2011 BC Junior Wheelchair Basketball Challenge - Dec 10/11

November 04, 2011 All wheelchair basketball players between 8-24 years old (with some exceptions) are invited to participate in the 12th Annual Junior Wheelchair Basketball Challenge Tournament on Dec 10/11. This year, three divisions will be held, pending number of registrants. 1) Mini Basket (8 ½ ft. hoop, appx. 8-13 yrs old), 2) 10 Ft. Hoop Challenge (appx. 12-18 yrs old), and 3) 10Ft. Langley Gold Rush Update by Coach Nathan
