The BC Wheelchair Basketball Society (BCWBS) is a non-profit organization formed in 1983 and registered with Revenue Canada as a charity since 1985. BCWBS provides support to wheelchair basketball programs throughout British Columbia.

Canada Games Wheelchair Basketball Hopefuls Gear Up for the Prince George Training Camp

October 07, 2014 (Prince George, BC) – Sixteen 2015 Canada Winter Games wheelchair basketball hopefuls will move closer to achieving their dreams of representing Team BC during a training camp at their Canada Games venue, Duchess Park Secondary School in Prince George, from Oct. 10 – 13th. The junior wheelchair basketball programs are open to junior players ages 8 and up, both with a disability and without, from beginner to experienced players. BC-CWBL Division 2 Team Registration is Open

September 12, 2014 Team registraions for the 2014-15 season BC-CWBL (BC Canadian Wheelchair Basketball League) Division 2 is open. Teams that wish to compete in the league must read the regulations before registering. BCWBS Announces Staff Restructuring

Sian Blyth who was been acting as Executive Director while Carrie Linegar was on Maternity leave will now be staying on permanently in this positon.
